The new Harmonic Drive® TorkDrive torque motors have been developed for rotating applications requiring precise rotation with high torque at relatively slow speeds.The Harmonic Drive® TorkDrive is delivered as a frameless, individual component set as a stator and rotor that can be integrated directly into the machine application.
The standard version of the TorkDrive is designed for the use with an external water cooling device. Water cooling provides higher power output for the same drive size as well as reducing the heat transfer to the machine.
