As a technological leader in the field of high precision motion control – in particular high ratio, zero-backlash and low backlash gears and actuators – we will further expand our market share in the next years.

Our core competences lie in the development, production and marketing of gear component sets, gearboxes, servo and special actuators in a range of different types and sizes.

The development of innovative, technologically sophisticated products and their successful placement in the market is a key target as well as the development of custom made system solutions to suit individual customer requirements.

The training of young people is a key strategic activity, as well as the continuous professional development of our employees. Currently ten per cent of our employees are apprentices.

The basis for the successful execution of our strategies is a trustworthy corporate culture which is brought into accord with man and market. The principles of corporate culture are determined in our company guidelines.
